Shipping Zones

We ship worldwide with UPS to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bermuda, Canada, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Macau SAR, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United States of America. If your country isn’t listed, just contact us and we can give you options for shipping to your location.

Tariffs and Customs Fees

All tariffs and customs brokerage fees for shipments to the United States are covered in the total cost shown at checkout.  Some countries (e.g., Canada and other countries in the Western Hemisphere) sometimes add additional tariffs on incoming shipments.  As our shipping hubs are Italy and the United States, we do not control these additional country-specific fees, and customers are responsible for paying these fees at the time they receive their shipment.  When these fees have occurred, we have seen them be as high as $30-40.

Delivery of Olio Nuovo (Holiday Delivery)

The window for holiday delivery of olio nuovo usually closes at the beginning of December, but on-demand delivery is available all year or until we run out of oil.

All of our oil is produced at the same time, during the months of October and November. Holiday delivery of olio nuovo simply gets you the oil sooner, by 23 December. The sooner you get the oil after it is harvested, the fresher the oil is. It is a rare treat for people outside of Italy to get oil so soon after harvest. 

Shipping Throughout the Year

From mid-January through August, we ship directly from Tuscany every two weeks. We ship in this manner to best work with customs and tariff issues. Depending on when you order your oil in these two-week cycles, you could receive your oil in just a few days, but at most about two weeks.
