OUR PRODUCT

We’ve been honored to receive multiple awards over the years, but most recently, Bramasole won a Gold Medal for the Fall 2024 harvest at the 2025 New York International Olive Oil Competition (NYIOOC). The judges especially praised its notes of artichoke, herbs, green almond, and flowers, and measured a polyphenol level of 512 mg/kg. A high polyphenol level means our olive oil isn’t just flavorful with its signature peppery finish—it’s also packed with powerful antioxidants that support heart, brain, and overall health.

We only sell the freshest, most recent harvest available from our current harvest season, lasting up to 18 months in your pantry. Because olive oil loses flavor and antioxidants as it ages, selling only the freshest harvest from the current year guarantees peak taste, aroma, and health benefits, which are the hallmarks of true high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

Our fresh Tuscan oil has a kick, a tingly sensation, and a lively personality. With our olive oil, you’re not after the neutrality of other vegetable oils (or the chemical additives of refining processes), you want that clean life and spice and vibrancy that adds so much depth to your food.

Our most recent harvest won a Gold award at the NYIOOC, revealing tasting notes of artichoke, fresh herbs, green almond, and flowers, with a remarkable polyphenol level of 512 mg/kg—a lively expression of both flavor and health.

Buying the right kind of olive oil is extremely important.

EVOO retains some of the antioxidants and bioactive compounds from olives. For this reason, it’s considered healthier than the more refined variety of olive oil.

We only sell the freshest, most recent harvest available from our current harvest season. Our oil is the freshest when consumed within 18 months, high in polyphenols and low in acid content.

Olio Nuovo (new oil) is shipped ASAP after bottling, with arrivals beginning as early as November, but certainly before December 23rd, in time for holiday gifts. Orders are shipped in the order received, so the earlier you place an order, the closer you'll be to the front of the queue, and the sooner you'll receive it.

Once the standard delivery period begins (about the first week in January), orders usually arrive in about 1 week. However, with recent tariff activity in the United States, we are finding that customs clearance can sometimes add a week or more to delivery time to the US.

We're always committed to getting the oil to you as soon as possible.

We offer free shipping within the continental US, Canada, and most parts of Europe. There is a "UPS Remote Fee" where UPS charges an extra fee for zip codes that they consider "remote". We pay for the core shipping cost from Italy; however, some zip codes are charged an extra fee.

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
