We have been producing the highest quality oil since the early 1990s. Our olive oil from frantoio, moraiolo, and leccino trees consistently wins medals at the New York International Olive Oil Competition. Our EVOO has tasting sensations of green pepper, bitter almond, green almond, tomato leaf and grass. The polyphenol level is 512 mg/kg.

Harvest Date

Always look for the harvest date to make sure that you are getting the very best, authentic olive oil. Extra virgin olive oil should be consumed within 18 months after harvest. We only sell oil from the current harvest year. When the new harvest comes, you are sure to receive the new harvest oil. This way, you always have the finest, freshest olive oil possible.
