The bramasole story

From the estate made famous by Frances Mayes in her award-winning novel Under the Tuscan Sun (later adapted into the 2003 film), our olive oil represents the soul of Mediterranean living and the essence of Tuscan tradition. Each tree in our Tuscan grove produces just one liter of oil per year—a testament to why authentic, first-quality Italian extra virgin olive oil must be priced accordingly. This is single-estate, current-harvest oil with the fresh, assertive, greeny punch that Tuscans use every day.

Unlike many inexpensive "extra-virgin" oils sold in stores—which are often blends of oils that didn't sell in their first year, or older oils verging on expiring—Bramasole olive oil is fresh, authentic, first-quality Tuscan EVOO from our trees to your table.

If you do not like the oil for any reason, we will take back any unused bottles and provide you with a full refund.

Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the bottle tightly sealed to preserve freshness and flavor. Best used within 18 months, but good for up to 24 months after harvest.
