The window for holiday (priority) delivery closes on 31 October, but Standard delivery is available all year or until we run out.

All of our oil is produced at the same time, during the months of October and November each year, immediately after harvest. Holiday (priority) delivery simply gets you the oil sooner, by 23 December at the latest - most times much sooner. The sooner you get the oil after it is harvested, the fresher the oil is. It is a rare treat for people outside of Italy to get oil so soon after harvest.
Expedited shipping for holiday delivery gets you the new oil as soon as possible after harvest, usually between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Once the standard delivery period begins (about the first week in January), order arrive in 1-2 weeks after placing your order.
Returns and exchanges
Although rare, sometimes packages are damaged. If your shipment is damaged, we will replace any damaged items and ship them to you at no charge.
If you need a refund, we will provide you a shipping label to return your shipment to us.
We don’t work much with retailers, as we do not have the volume to make this work. If you’re a retailer who is willing to pre-order, drop us an email to talk.
