Pre-Order Fall 2026 Olio Nuovo

Pre-order now. Olio Nuovo is the very first extra virgin olive oil from the beginning of the harvest: it exists only in the fall. A green hue, with a peppery catch that comes from its high polyphenol content.

Once pressed, the oil is bottled to order and air-freighted straight from our mill, shipping in the sequence orders were received. The earlier you order, the closer you are to the front of the line.

Each year varies, but we usually harvest and press in October, with first shipments arriving in November. Every order is guaranteed by December 23, in good time to be gifted.
